so this is what happened
Me and my fiance found out I was pregnant in August we were so excited but I ended up finding out there was no more baby in September it stopped growing but I didn't actually miscarry the baby until 3 weeks ago because my HCG levels kept rising instead of dropping so my doctors didn't believe I was miscarrying I been so depressed lately about everything I want to start dieting and exercising and just feeling back to my normal does anybody have any tips on any meal plans and exercises.
