So i fiiiiiiinally had my little princess Mara-Jade on the 26th, one day after my due date. I'm a ftm and my main concern is co sleeping. She has a really good bassinet but HATES sleeping or rather trying to sleep in it. She's 2 days old and has only been able to sleep when skin to skin, which she's currently doing with her dad. But I'm so afraid because my husband is a heavy sleeper who jolts in his sleep (which is why I'm typing this and watching them instead of sleeping) and I'm afraid of her getting hurt since i like to toss and turn myself. Anyone else having this similar issue or know of a way to get her to start sleeping in her bassinet?
