Red dots in my mouth!!!!!
I have theses small red spots in the back of my mouth and it's freaking me out! My tonsils feel a bit swollen and it uncomfortable to swallow. I recently given a bj, kissed and shared drinks with friends.
What do you guys think it is? Have you guys had this before, and how do you treat it?
