first aid kit/grooming kit?

I know. such a stupid thing to "stress" about. 
FTM. what do you ACTUALLY need & use out of these things? Idk if i need to pay amlike $30 kr more for a huge one with all kinds of stuff or if $15 for the brush, nail clippers, nose sucker, medicine thing, thermometer and whatever else was in it is enough. I wanna be prepared but I don't really knoe what is actuslly used out if these things, if anything, or if I just need to buy a brush, & clippers? i have thermometers. because I obviously get fevers too lol.

I got a fancy one and all I use are the nail clippers, hair brush, and the nose sucker. I’d go cheap with it. You can get all of those for a couple dollars a piece and you’ll want to replace the nose sucker occasionally anyway.

We bought a first aid / grooming kit but I only use two products from it. The nail clipper, though I often use regular nail clippers if they are close at hand and also the hair brush. I have used the thermometer but i am wanting to replace that with something more technical and reliable. I won't be buying another kit if we have a second.

Comb and brush... tried the nail clippers but they were not sharp enough so it took me forever to try to clip his nails. Picked up a baby nail set at our local Dollar Tree (my baby has claws I have to clip twice a week in order to keep him from messing up his face or mine, so I was desperate enough to try anything) and guess what: works way better than the nail clipper from the fancy set.

I was gifted two and we’ve used nothing from either of them, baby’s 13 months old. I prefer scissors for his nails, we got a smart thermometer, and he takes medicine just fine from the droppers the meds come with.

This is the one I got and we pretty much used everything besides the little tooth brush. Six years later we still have the bag, nail clippers, and thermometer. I don't think you need to spend on anything bigger.  And you could probably find a first aid kit for like $5

I use the thermometer, it's a regular one since my pediatrician recommends taking temperatures rectally. We did use the nail clippers, but my husband accidentally snipped her finger 😩 So now we just bite them. And my daughter was born with a ton of hair and hasn't lost it so we use the comb and brush. I would just get a nice thermometer and everything else cheap. We use alcohol wipes to clean the thermometer before and after each use but we just got those at target.

I bought a really high end thermometer that takes babies temp by a one second touch on the forehead. I bought a super cheap soft brush and skipped the rest.
