use tylenol. it doesn't have an anti inflammatory in it, which can cause changes to your uterine lining making implantation more difficult. thats what i was always told by my infertility clinic anyway.

My OB told me that for headaches I should only take tylenol. But you are in your tww so I’m not sure if it’s the same.
