So sick what can I take???

Help please, this cold is killing me... I've tried to be natural with treating myself but it's not helping. I just need to get my nose to stop running because it's messing up my stomach and my throat. Are there any medications or decongestions that I can take? Just looked up different Mucinex's and says it's not good during first trimester and can cause birth defects. There's a possibility of me being pregnant not sure yet but I don't want to harm baby if I am. What can I take??
