I found this conversation with a girl on my boyfriends phone. 
I don't know what to think, I don't feel strong enough to walk away but I really feel like he's cheated on me.
Please help :/

So I’ve never been cheated on but to me that doesn’t necessarily sound like a fishy conversation, it just sounded like he’d run into an old friend, what about that conversation made you uncomfortable? I mean maybe I missed something when I read thru it but it seemed pretty innocent to me

Okay, so he saw this girl the other day and then just happened to text a random number in his phone and it was her? No. He knew who he was texting. He ran into her and then wanted to speak to her so he pretended not to know who's number that was. It seems sketch to me.

oh hell no, he was chatting dirty with someone while in a relationship w you at some point is what im gathering, and going over to their house ? not to mention the conversation is inappropriate.  she should not be speaking to your so that way, and he should be continuing it like hes interested. i wouldnt take him back. fuck that.

I think you should just talk to him about it. Don't accuse him of anything, just ask about it. A food tip I learned from someone who did couples therapy, is when talking to your spouse about something sensitive, try to avoid the word "you". So, instead of saying stuff like "you dont do anything" say "I feel stressed and overworked" etc.
