PMS without the Period 😐

I usually skip the placebos in my pill pack because I have horribly painful periods so it helps in general but I still get the hormonal craziness that comes the few days before I'm supposed to start. For the last few days I've been so on edge and pretty much want to kill everyone. Why do I have to be so emotional and angry at this time? 😩😓
