pregnancy

I just found out I am pregnant October 19. I had my labs checked and my progesterone is very low. They have me on the vaginal suppostories. I go for my first ultrasound November 2 and I am so worried everything will not be ok...they supposedly ruled out ectopic because the second lab results showed a significant rise in both. My progesterone still isnt high enough. Has anyone had a positive outcome with the progesterone tabs? we lost our first pregnancy in june so not very hopeful
