So I'm around 7 weeks pregnant, maybe less maybe more. Haven't had a doctors appointment yet. This is my first pregnancy, and I'm experiencing pain both sides of my lower abdomen, they come and go but has been happening all day today. Should I be worried? Feels like someone's pulling or twisting down there🤷‍♀️

It's perfect your baby's home is being created.. everything is pretty much normal unless it's accompanied by bleeding. Some spotting is fine but when you have to wear pads is when you should be making appointment or head to er

I think it is completely normal. I had so much pressure and pain during my first pregnancy. At 7 weeks there was so much pressure, I was so sick, and constantly having to pee.
