How long does a trigger shot stay in your system?

I am on my 4th IUI and this time I did a trigger shot beforehand.  It's been 7 days and I'm wondering how early can I test without it being a potential false positive?  I like to POAS but don't want to get my hopes up...:). Thanks!

Mine stays in from 7-10 days.

I think it stays in your system 7-10 days! I'm pretty sure that's what my Dr said when had it once!
