cramping/help!

I've had cramping yesterday and today...almost like Im going to start but I shouldn't start until Friday. Yesterday and this morning Ive has some brown spotting.... Just this much yesterday and a little more today. Should I call my doctor? I've taken the early response pregnancy tests and negative. I am still 5 days out....
