Things to eat when nothing sounds good?


I’m looking for any and all ideas that may work! I have zero appetite all day long and everything sounds terrible. I sip ginger ale and a ton of water all day but I need to eat. I’ve tried to take my vitamins but throw up every time I take them without anything in my stomach. What are some things that work for you guys to get food into your belly so you’re able to eat and take your vitamins?
