Saying that your intelligent is kind of like telling someone that you're trustworthy. If you have to say it, you probably aren't.

I don’t think I’m school smart but I guess you can say I’m “street smart”. I can understand things and pick up on signs and I’m also very observant. I’m not a good test taker though which kills me in school

I consider myself to be of average intelligence. There are a lot of people smarter than me, but SO many people who lack common sense. Plus, I know how to speak and write properly. I probably know how to sound like I’m smarter than I actually am.
