Peri-menopause
I had my first hot flash today! I'm only 37 years old. I had been having symptoms of menopause but didn't think it was that for sure due to my age. Has anyone else been through this in there 30's and what did you do? what did your doctor say? I have yet to go to the doctors I need to make an appointment. I'm kind of scared though!
