Does anyone have a shorter luteal phase? If so, how did you find out? What kind of things can you do to help conceive? Thanks for the help!!

And is the best way to find out when you ovulate by using opk? This cycle I feel like we timed bd to try and be around when I thought I was ovulating (day 19-20.) I randomly did an ovulation stick on day 26 and it showed lh surge. Period is late now. Just wondering

You find out how long your luteal phase is by measuring how many days from the time you ovulate til the time AF starts.
