light brown discharge?

Sometime I think it was last week I had light brown discharge along with some mild cramps. Today I'm feeling extremely nauseated and have had a headache that I can't kick for two days now. I have PCOS and my cycles are irregular but if they were to be regular my period would be due tomorrow. What do you think? Implantation bleeding or something else?

We are TTC Baby #2.
I had a light pink steak mixed in discharge about 2 weeks ago. Thursday night I got very sick (felt very much like I did with baby #1). My period was due this weekend, but hasn't showed up. I have also been having headaches. I had a negative test on Friday. 
I say all that to say I have had similar symptoms, but I'm still getting a negative test. With my first I had to wait until I was a day late to get a positive. If you haven't tested, you could try or wait a few more days to test.
