i usually do it between 10 and 2. whenever u feel the need to urinate the 2nd time of the day. lh doesnt peak until a little later in the day. just make sure ur not chugging tons of water before or youll dilute urine too much

I take 2 a day. Once first thing in the morning and late afternoon around 4
