I know, this is probably the most pathetic post you will ever see... but I am TERRIFIED of needles. Like, hyperventilating when I need blood work done.

I know you have to do home injections with <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>, subcutaneous and intramuscular. How bad are each of those? Is there any reason I couldn't numb myself with some spray or gel first?

How bad is the retrieval process, and the transfer? The diagram of retrieval makes me nauseous to look at because it just seems so painful
