When we use condoms we just use condoms. No pulling out. Personally I prefer spermicide alone for pregnancy prevention.

It’s totally unnecessary to pull out if you have a condom on. I don’t understand the logic in that at all. Just make sure you change it if you are having sex for a long time and make sure it’s on correctly.
