So last month in September I had my period the first week (1st-5th) and on the 11th during my fertile window me and my bf has sex and the condom broke but we weren’t sure if anything got in , then on the 28 through 29th of September I got spotting and light bleeding i got worried that I got pregnant so after the bleeding stopped we got a pregnancy test but it came out negative so we never checked again and left it alone so this month onOctober 27th ar night  I started getting light bleeding and just thought it was my period the next morning I was covered in blood it was very very heavy and started getting a lot of blood clots I also had very bad pelvic pain ,lower back pain shakiness and dizziness should i be worried this could’ve been a misscarrige
