rash or baby acne?

these bumps showed up 3 or 4 days ago. all over her face, and even the back of her head. any ideas??

My baby has the same doctor told us it was a heat rash then it spread to all his face and head and now back of his neck. Doesnt bother him at all and my guess is on my baby is that maybe it started as a heat rash then became baby acne since oil gets trapped super easily in their pores

That looks like a rash. Have you tried new foods, lotions, shampoos, detergents? I would get her in to the dr since is been a few days already.
