tubes tied

my last period was September 7 and I had my tubes tied cut and burnt. I haven't had a period. I've had some of the same symptoms I had when I was pregnant with my other 2 kids. I go to the Dr Thursday and I'm going to explain my issues to him. I'm just wanting to get some opinions
