Changes I made to get a positive test 😊

It has been two years since I came off contraceptive and about 6 months of actually trying. Last month I did a few thing differently that I think really paid off, here they are -

- drank less coffee, but didn't completely stop, maybe 1-2 a day

- during menstrual and pre-ovulation stage I drank Fertility Tea most days

- eat breakfast every morning - lots of organic free range eggs.

- used a special lubricant to encourage sperm - Called pre-seed

- did ovulation tests from the start of my fertility window ( I turned out I was ovulating a few days prior to what Glow was telling me)

- read the book "woman's code"

Now was have a positive test, a lot of overwhelming feelings and excitement to meet our litter creation.
