Doctor suggested I get pregnant

I found out that I had multiple cyst on both my ovaries and had to get on birthcontrol to help rid the cyst. Now that my ovaries are normal my doctor suggested getting Pregnant to help keep the cyst from returning and also because I have a strong possibility that the cyst will return and my ovaries will never go back to normal therefore I wouldn't be able to have kids. This is my first month trying to conceive and this wait is killing me 9dpo. Anyone else had a doctor advise them to get pregnant and how do you deal with the pressure?
