White pill?

Is it okay to miss taking my white birth control pills? Like do I need to take 2 the next day? Or no because it’s just the sugar pill?

The sugar pills do nothing. They're only there so you stay in the habit of taking a pill everyday. You can skip that while week without any consequence (I always do).

White pills are what prevent the pregnancy. Red or pink are you sugar pills. How birth control works is the white pills basically trick your body into thinking it is pregnant so you don't release any eggs to fertilize. Now the pink or sugar pills do not do this and so that is when your period comes. So with that being said the white pill must be taken at the same time every day, for example 10:30 am every day, and it should be taken every day.
