Just a general question related from the myths or facts about twins..

Does yans/sweet potatoes help in having twins? I had my baby in january and now hez 9+ months so no we are planning to have our second child/twin children by the time he is 2 years old.. I really really really want to have twins as my grandma(dad’s side) had two sets of twins and I really love the bond between twin babies..

Please suggest what are the possible things i can do to increase my chance..

Also i had a csec so will it affect my chance of having twins?
