Implantation cramps ??

The month of October is almost over and I still have not had a period. According to my period calendar I’m 3 days late. For a whole 9 months prior I didn’t not have a period due to birth control. I just started having a period in June & since then have had a period every month. I use the calendar to help me figure out my cycle.

October 13th I got engaged and my fiancé & I had a little too much to drink celebrating our engagement. We came home did the deed but we can’t remember how it ended. Lol

Anyhow, sometime after that I did experience some light cramping and later that night it was more intense like a stomach ache or pains you get when you have food poisoning. I decided to sleep it off. Next morning I was fine. No upset stomach, no throwing up, didn’t have to use the restroom but I recall being light headed and feeling drained.

Could that have been my implantation bleeding? I’m confused. If anyone can relate please share your thoughts / comments.

I tried to google this but could not find anything similar.
