Ovulation question and TTC

So the app says I would have ovulated on the 19-20th, yet my temperature only spiked this past Thursday and on Friday I got EWCM.. so clearly I did on Friday.

My husband and I got down to business Thursday, which is great.

On Saturday I had EWCM, but more white. (But still stringy) Also have had sporadic little cramps (felt different than ovulation).

With all that being said, I'm expecting AF later this week, giving me a short luteal phase.

What are the chances of a pregnancy sticking with a shorter luteal phase?
