Agnus castus
Has anyone tried Agnus Castus tablets? If so, what result did you get; positive/negative.
It is mostly used to balance the hormones if one has PMS, but I’ve heard they can be used to balance the hormones for those that are trying to concieve. Anyone who has taken them and managed to get pregnant? If so, for how long did you take them?
