I had a blood test done a few months ago and my iron levels were down and were dropping rapidly now I'm extremely anemic, I've also suffered from severe stomach pains and drastic weight changes. We have a history or bowel cancer in the family and since I'm only 16 it has never crossed my mind I could have it. I did some research and I have all the symptoms and I'm freaking out. I feel like I have no one to talk to about this
