Coffee in first trimester?

Question

Any ladies out there drinking a cup of coffee in the morning in the first trimester? I used to be a two cup a day coffee drinker, doc apt isn't untill ten week mark and I'm almost 6 weeks. Can I still drink one cup in the morning as long as I pass on other canine sources through out the day?

I drink 1 cup in the morning. That's it. I try to drink lemon water for the rest of the day.

I still drink my morning coffee, I just switched to decaf.  But I believe 2small cups is okay. Definitely ask your dr though to see what they reccomend for you.

i drink decaf coffee .. Still @1st trimester

Yup! It's about 2 cups a day max for caffeine. I found my body didn't want coffee which was totally bizarre bc I loved my morning cup before. Oh well! Now I drink a coke if I need some caffeine.
