Do antibiotics affect your cycle?

Last week I came down with strep and was on antibiotics for 5 days.  Ive been checking for my fertility window with clear blue advanced digital.  Normally I would be getting a high fertility reading but it still says low.  This is about 3 days later than normal. Anyone else experience this?

they can bring on yeast infections if you take them for a long time or if you take them often. dont think they affect much else

antibiotics throw off your microbiome and it can have an effect on your hormones, yes.

definitely affect hormones. they make birth control non effective because of what they do to our reproductive system. my first born was conceived after antibiotic treatment because i had forgot about the backup with antibiotics. I remembered my period would be off bit forgot the other things. lol

Idk if it will affect your cycle, but it may affect some forms of bc

I'm not sure that is from the antibiotics but illness stresses your body and all stress (physical or mental) can throw off your cycle.
