Vitex help needed
I started my period Thursday, I started vitex Saturday is that ok that I started it during my cycle? My cycle is very irregular so I’m hoping vitex helps that and helps me conceive baby #2! I’ve been taking vitex 400mg once in the morning and once at bedtime! My period had to be brought on by provera so I’m praying this regulates me! Any success stories are greatly appreciated! But my question is was it ok to start it during my cycle!!?? Thanks 🙏🏽
