Hi! I’ve been trying to conceive for over a year.. I needed up pregnant after 5 months of trying and lost my baby at 18weeks in June... I’ve been trying since and started preseed last month for the first time and was unsuccessful.. this month I plan on temping and using opk .. anyone have any suggestions or advice for temping... this will be my first time and I have no idea how this works! Also, is there anyone on the same cycle with me this month? Cycle buddies?!! I need as much excitement as I can get😩
