Nipple help!
I exclusively pump with an electric double pump and after I pump my nipples stay erect and are achey and super sensitive for about an hour or more after i pump. I’ve tried heating pads, lanolin cream and ice packs. Nothing is working. They feel like I’m in the middle of the antarctic with the worst wind chill blowing on them. What can I do? Is this normal?!?
