Help please

Ttc number 2. I am on day 17 of my cycle and been taking ovulations tests and they are always the same as this. My cervix is high and soft, sorry for tmi. My mucus has not changed either. I have just been to the toilet and when I wiped there was a small amount of brown/red blood. Any idea what this could be? I never bleed mid cycle?
