Sleep training sucks 😞

I’m trying to get my daughter to nap in her crib because she usually nurses to sleep and will nap on me for 2+ hours and honestly I’m just fed up with sitting on my butt for over 2 hours. I have tailbone pain EXTREMELY bad because of it. So I’m doing a modified CIO a method. I let her cry for a few minutes and then comfort her. And she just doesn’t understand why she’s in there and it’s literally breaking my heart and I’m sitting in here crying my eyes out. This is SO hard. 😞
