I want better than my pre-pregnancy body

So I was talking to my husband last night about the fact that I not only need to lose my pregnancy weight, but I was overweight (and trying to lose it) when I conceived (yep. That ended the dieting).

Have any of you dropped the baby weight and more?? Was it easier/harder after the baby came? How long did it take you?

I'm looking at baby weight plus 40-50 pounds. Hoping to get healthy for me, for my family, and make a 2nd pregnancy easier.
