What to feed my baby

So I’m new to this daddy thing I have a one-year-old baby and I’m a little confused of what I should be giving her to eat do you guys recommend anything please help

My almost 1 year old eats everything! I’ll give you her favs😃 For breakfast she loves an egg omelet with cheese and broccoli and banana on the side. For lunch she loves squash tortellini with butter with cut up green beans. Dinner she’s a huge meat eater! She is a huge fan of steak, meatballs, meatloaf, chicken. She also loves sweet potato fries (fun to homemake with some oil)! For snacks she loves cheddar bunnies and virtually all fruits. 
Just watch the salt intake and avoid the junk food! If it’s possible to home make food do that! This way you know exactly what goes into it. Processed food is not good for them, god only know what they use as preservatives these days...

Mashed up oatmeal, bananas, mashed potatoes etc. 
NO chocolate, honey, or rice. Rice is too small for baby’s mouths. And chocolate and honey is just not good for baby’s in general.

Anything that you eat, with in reason. Nothing spicy or crazy. At one they just need bite sized pieces of whatever you are having. My kids loved nuggets or hamburgers torn to bits. Veggies that are steamed. Mac and cheese. Noodles and sauce. Hot dogs cut into slices then 4ths. Apples, bananas etc. Go gurts. Fruit snacks. Gold fish! Always gold fish lol. Good luck and enjoy trying things with your little one!
