coffee?

I'm 11weeks pregnat and I love coffee ..is it ok if I drink it ?

I asked the same thing before lol gotta have that coffee(: so the suggested amount per day is 200 mg which is a cup of coffee. A lot of mamas have reached out to me saying they've drank it through their whole pregnancy and no problems some even 2 cups but of course whatever makes you comfortable. Hope you enjoy 😊

One of my best friends continued drinking her large coffee everyday, sometimes having two, her baby was born healthy and is now 7 months, one of the most beautiful little girls I have ever seen.  I am not stopping either.  I would never get through a day.  My doctor said it was fine

my doctor straight up told me no more& if I'm having a hard with draw only 1 cup every OTHER day... but I'm a heavy coffee drinker.... so i kinda had that coming,  plus she said caffeine dehydrate... and while in the most important term to stay hydrated

just 1 cup a day is supposed to be safe, I stretch out my 1 cup by adding milk and ice and making it a big mug of iced coffee :)

yup up to 250mcgs of caffeine is ok. I quit cold turkey just because but started up again recently now i hit my third trimester and am almost done cause i need help staying awake all night at work for 12hrs
