UTI ):

I just got a call back from my OB saying my urine test came back positive for a uti and she prescribed me some antibiotics for a week. I guess it's common during pregnancy, but I didn't even feel any symptoms. This is my first time getting a uti in my life ever, so I don't know much about it. It doesn't burn to pee, I haven't felt any twinges around my bladder area, my urine doesn't smell or look off (no cloudiness), I've always had back problems so I didn't see anything off there.

I'm just asking if anyone's ever gotten a uti more than once during their pregnancy and what can one do to fully avoid it as I'm scared of a kidney infection which my sister ended up having during her pregnancy and she ended up in the ER for it. Has anyone also gotten a uti and didn't feel symptoms at all?
