Pregnant Maybe ?

So I have server endometriosis. And I Have tried since February to get pregnant . Every time a BFN . But I also never felt the symptoms I feel now . Yesterday I was nauseous all day and had a dull annoying headache . I was starving so my man brought me my favorite food and it made me want to throw up even thinking about it . Not due to start until 11/5 . Should I test ? HELP !
