Is this a sign of pregnancy!?

So I'm supposed to be on my last day of my period . but it hasn't come yet.  I hear noises like gurgling..  And I'm sick . body aches fever throwing up ..  Haven't taken a test yet..  Kinda nervous to..  Any thoughts??  Been trying since December  and I don't want to get my hopes up again..

You could possibly just be sick.  I know I am pregnant tho and I have some kind of head cold and I'm soo miserable.

I didn't have fevers last pregnancy (did get a little cold the week before I found out) but the lack of period is obviously a definite indicator you could be pregnant. Only way to know is take a test. Good luck 😊
