Lost my virginity 😬

So me and my boyfriend had sex for the first time and we were both virgins 😶 we had to stop because i wasnt feeling very good about myself . I felt as if he was too rough and was only thinking of himself. I was feeling emotional after and im becoming distant. What do i do ?
