What things are you okay with getting used?

I just got SO many hand me down clothes and was wondering what y'all are okay with when it comes to second hand items for baby.

We got our crib, changing table, stroller, high chair, and carrier second hand from a friend. We got some blankets second hand from family. Depending on the source and material (known hygiene and generally cleanability) I'd take just about anything second hand. The exceptions being certain items such as mattresses, car seats, bottles, pacifiers, that sort of thing.

Ha! Everything! Literally every baby item in my house is used besides some baby clothes. I clean it all of course and only get it from friends or family.

Anything except car seat, cot mattress, Moses basket mattress. Basically anything that you can properly clean and disinfect I would take. Most of my items are hand me downs from my sisters, so even though they're not brand new.....I know exactly where theyve come from.

Yep. Love hand me downs. Some things we would definitely want new though (car seat, crib mattress etc.)

My friend and sister in law have given me tons of their items. This will be my second baby using them :)

The only thing I wouldn't use second hand is the car seat.

I got two boys. 8 and 3 next month. Due July 28th with another boy. All hand me downs for this new baby lol new car seat tho.

I've bought a bunch of second hand things on eBay. I would not use the following secondhand - car seats (you don't know if it's been in an accident), Moses basket/cot mattress, bottle teats.
