Ovulating 2x?

Is it normal to ovulate twice without a period inbetween. I'm 13 days late and started ovulating. Although I do get cramps here and there but I haven't got my period at all! Last month I had a chemical pregnancy only had faints when I tested. & this month I got faints only blue dyes. Also missed my period this month. Help??
