Outtie belly button

Does anyone know how to get rid of it? I have always been self conscious about mine. I was wondering if anyone that has one that has been pregnant, if it went away after you gave birth? My friend told me that was the only way to get rid of it. I don't want to go that extreme just for a belly button. 😊
