How long did it take you mommies to conceive after having an IUD removed? I had mine in for a little over a year, and recently had it removed. Just looking for some insight. Hoping that there is still a possibility for my husband and I to have another baby. Thanks in advance!!

Had mine in for 7 years - it was a 10 year copper coil - got pregnant 10 months after taking it out. However it didn’t release hormones so technically I could’ve got pregnant immediately.

I’m in the same boat. Had an IUD for 4 1/2 years and haven’t had a period that whole time. Just got it removed and I did get a period the following month (very short only 3 days) but still not sure if I’m ovulating which is what I’m currently trying to figure out. I’ve heard stories from many women saying they get pregnant right away in the first few months so it’s definitely possible!

I took mine out in May and by Sep I found out I was pregnant . It took a little bit but we got pregnant :) . I had the copper IUD and I had it for almost 3 years .

i had mine for about 3.5 years, had a period the whole time, got it removed end of june & had my normal end of month period. we’ve been trying ever since and no luck 🤷🏼‍♀️ though i am a couple days late now, still had a BFN friday 🙄

I had mine for almost a year and actually got pregnant with it in. We were thinking about trying soon anyways but when they took it out it caused me to miscarry. It took me about 6 months but we finally just found out we're pregnant. I hear some people can get pregnant right away but I guess for other people it takes their bodies more time before they're ready to get pregnant
