Stretch Mark Irritation?

So I am 11 weeks pregnant today and I woke up with extremely irritated stretch marks on my stomach and inner thigh/groin area. I have had these stretch marks for years as a result of weight gain but now they are itching and irritated. Has anyone else had this occur so early or at all in their pregnancies? Is there any way to make it stop?

I mix these 2 together and put them on every night. Not only has it smothed out my belly, it's healing my old stretch marks and keeping up with my new ones:)

I had an ovarian cyst removed a years back and someone recommended I use Bio Oil on the incision sites once cleared to do so. the scars are barely visible now. I don't know how it effects irritated stretch marks but it really helped my incision sites, I don't remember it being irritating to them or anything.
